Lost or Stolen Packages / Marked as Delivered
Once an order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

- check with neighbors, household members, or building management
- contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details
If needed, we will do our best to help by providing tracking information and assisting you in opening a claim with the carrier. However, Dust Supply Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the damaged packaging and item(s)

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- be returned in its original packaging
- include all original parts, accessories, and components where applicable
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or misuse.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or other operational reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. If applicable, this will be stated on the product page or communicated by our support team.
How to Start a Return

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If we determine that the issue was caused on our end, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or variation, the fastest option is usually to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Chargebacks and Abuse
